(Senior) Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist

Analyx is a professional data science and IT company with its headquarters in the center of Poznań, Poland. We provide data analytics services for business and policy decision support to clients all over Europe.

Job description:

You will be responsible for providing recruiting and employer branding services on an exceptional level in a company that is no corporation – and we don’t plan to be one. We focus on hiring the best of the best, and one of your main tasks will be to coordinate recruiting needs and processes, as well as broaden our network of candidates. What is more, you will initiate and coordinate all our EB activities. As part of HR Team you will also support some other HR processes, depending on current needs. You will report directly to the CEO.


  • Professional experience in recruitment and employer branding;
  • Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools;
  • Experience in working with IT;
  • Creativity and excellent writing skills;
  • Proactive and self-dependent working style;
  • Team worker with well-developed collaboration skills;
  • High degree of diligence;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken is a must;
