supporting our teams in project management, from pitches to results presentations,
working at the crossroads of Data Science, Software Development, and Client Project Management,
verification of input data provided by customers,
conducting descriptive data analysis,
analyzing of modeling results,
preparing data for client presentations,
preparing and updating project documentation and documentation of the Company’s software,
discussing and documenting requirements defined by our clients & Project Managers
participating in meetings with clients regarding requirements
handling invoices and finance topics

Requirements:

working experience as a business analyst, finance assistant or similar position, ideally with an analytical background
understanding the relationship between data in business
ability to communicate on different levels (from top management to regular coworkers)
high level of commitment, initiative, team spirit, and solution-orientation for your work
proactive, hands-on, and motivated to drive processes forward and deliver high-quality results
well organized and high comprehension of complex tasks
very good English skills (Polish and German skills are a plus)
at least advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
interest in Marketing and brand effectiveness
at least a basic understanding of Data Science and statistical modeling (basic knowledge of R is a plus)
technical background in database management will be an advantage
