Job description:

At Analyx we have been providing analytical services for businesses since 2006. Our teams apply data science to marketing strategy by developing techniques to optimize marketing spend effectiveness. We use state-of-the-art marketing science methods and cast these into easy-to-operate software tools and develop own products.

You will be part of a mid-size team working on developing a Shiny application, a client-facing solution for managing marketing budgets. Our tool helps users to process, analyze, and visualize data and to use prediction and optimization algorithms to make better marketing decisions. You will have an opportunity to work on data-driven projects, solve marketing problems together with the experts in this area and shape the final product

In this role you will be expected to:

Demonstrate proper technical and professional skills, backed by 2+ years of experience
Collaborate in a mid-size team of R/Shiny developers, building the product forward
Achieve good understanding of the functional requirements behind our software
Write high quality, well-performing, maintainable code
Work effectively using branching, operating a ci/cd pipeline, automated tests, utilizing various kinds of non-production environments
Participate in making technological choices, provide improvement recommendations
Have good knowledge of web fundamentals
Be open to explore and mix technologies to build modern web applications
Show solid work skills with git, docker
Communicate well in spoken and written English
